Choosing your tackle and purchasing
Buying your tackle online with Mega Fishing Tackle is simple, browse our online catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection (s), click on "Check-out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. All tackle items with Mega Fishing Tackle are subject to availability of stock. If the tackle item you have chosen and purchased is out of stock or has been discontinued we will have to cancel your order and we will immediately refund you fully via the method you made the payment.
A successful order is acknowledged by a confirmation email from Mega Fishing Tackle, it is at this point that the transaction between you (the customer) and Mega Fishing Tackle takes place and then your account will be charged. On dispatch of the order you will receive another email confirmation along with any tracking details (if applicable).
We accept ALL major credit cards as payment via Paypal website payments pro secure checkout system. If you are shopping with us from Europe or elsewhere the charge for the item(s) bought will always be in GBP Sterling. The exchange rates on our site are an estimate only and DO NOT represent the exchange rate of the day. The issuer of your credit card will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We ensure to send out all orders within 1 – 3 business days.
Shipping
All items shipped from our UK warehouse are dispatched by 1st class post, signed for on delivery but without on-line tracking. All items are dispatched within one to three working days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated. In the very unlikely event of loss in transit we cannot accept responsibility for any item, unless on-line tracking has been requested. If you would like to request shipping with online tracking facility please send a message and ask for the latest price.
DUTY, VAT & CUSTOMS
Duty, additional VAT and Customs fees, we guarantee that there will be no additional fees in relation to VAT, Customs & Duty Fees for all shipments within the European Union.
For purchases made outside of the European Union, Customs or Duty fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer NOT Mega Fishing Tackle.
Returns & Exchanges
We would not ship or sell any items that we would not be truly happy to purchase ourselves and all products come to you with a 14 day full return guarantee. All we ask is that you return to us the item with the original packing and delivery boxes. For return instructions please email returns@megafishingtackle.com
Credit Card Refunds
We promise to refund your credit card the moment your return arrives with Mega Fishing Tackle, however on returns, we can only refund the credit card / debit card used for the original purchase. No other form of refund can be given, i.e. cheque, money order cash or bank direct transfer.. With credit cards please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
